He is the total package: beauty, brains, and athleticism. This big strong gelding is a finished reiner and has been hauled to many different events. Having been shown in open and non-pro reining, he will be suitable for any level of rider.
He was used this spring and summer for day work on our favorite spot in Grover, Colorado. Pete is everyones favorite mount. He has a nice slow lope with a draped rein, an easy lead change, and can spin like a top.
His pedigree is one to brag about: out of a NRHA leading sire WIMP LITTLE COLONEL and WOMNAS REVOLUTION by NRHA 2 million dollar sire EINSTEINS REVOLUTION.

A passion for horses and a zest for life are two of the qualities that have led to the success of the Roux Performance Horses. During their 15 year marriage, Chris and Sara have trained, shown, bred and raised numerous performance horses and are passing these qualities and knowledge on to their three young sons.
30 years ago Chris left his fathers Paint and Quarter Horse breeding program, the largest in Europe, and arrived at the ranch of AQHA legacy breeder Dave and Beth Bashor, to pursue his dream of being a cowboy. The time out west gave Chris skills in colt starting, ranch horse breeding, training and marketing. His interest then turned to performance horses which led him to South Carolina and into the training and show world. Over the last 25 years he qualified for most open reining major event finals.
Chris and Sara's boys, Colby, Cash and Clay, have ample place to fine tune their mount of choice and train them in and out of the arena.
