2017 AQHA Gelding

16 hh

Koda is a big and shapy gelding that will get you noticed! We have had him for several years now and he is always a super fun horse to ride.

Koda is the horse I pull out if I need something that is safe and broke that I can just enjoy riding. I have used Koda for everything from trail riding to gathering cattle on the ranch to going to the shows. I've shown him in ranch riding, trail and reining classes and he does great in all of them. He is an awesome trail horse and navigates hills and different terrains with ease. He is as sure-footed as they come and goes where you point him.

Koda really loves to watch a cow and I think he will make a fantastic rope horse as well. He has a huge heart, loves to be with you and really wants to please.

Koda is broke, broke, broke with all the buttons, he's safe, and he is beautiful to boot!

I have always had a love for horses and I have dedicated my life to training and riding them. I grew up showing horses at local horse shows around home and when I was in my teens I began to start and train my own colts. I love taking young horses and getting them far enough along in their training that anyone can ride and enjoy them. I still enjoy showing at AQHA and Ranching Heritage shows and I am excited to begin showing in working cowhorse events. I spend my summers in Montana on our family ranch working my horses, and I travel to Arizona with them in the winters. I strive to make solid and dependable horses that have been exposed to many different environments.
