Sterling is handsome as they get, cool as a cucumber and a "been there, done" that horse that is ready for anything that comes his way!

Sterling, as we call him around the barn, is the entire package for everyone in your family to have a safe and fun time on. No matter if you are showing, ranching or trail riding, this guy has done it all. He is seasoned, solid and been there done that! He’s consistent in the arena or outside and is broke and stays that way each and every day.

Sterling is fancy and finished for an open /professional rider to go have a blast on and win in the show pen, but he’s quiet and easy enough for an amateur rider to go win on and be safe. He's been shown in the reining, ranch riding, and the cow classes.

Sterling has been ridden all over on trails and goes anywhere you point him. Additionally, he’s been used outside on the ranch gathering, doctoring and sorting cattle! He's finished, 100% consistent, solid and have we mentioned he’s absolutely stunning!

Sterling is an own son of CHROMED OUT MERCEDES who goes back to CUSTOM CHROME and SHINING SPARK. On the bottom side he goes back to WIMPYS LITTLE STEP and NU CHEX TO CASH and SMART CHIC OLENA! Not only does he have the training, but the color and pedigree too!!

Sterling is great to load and haul to new places. He is good with traffic, bikes, ATVs, kids, dogs, donkeys etc. He is great to shoe, clip, bathe, etc. He is up to date on all his vaccinations and sells 100% sound with no vices.

Sterling has been ridden english and western as well as bareback and bridleless! He is super athletic, very very smooth, comfortable to ride and is such a pretty mover ! His trot and canter is so fun to watch and even more fun to ride!

This big, stout, handsome boy has been a true pleasure to take through our program over the past year this past year and we are proud to offer him at the 2024 Best Of The West Horse Sale in Gladstone, New Jersey!

Since before he could walk you could find Kevin horseback. From a young age, he knew he wanted to follow in his grandpa's and father's footsteps and start a horse business of his own. Marybeth also had an ambition from a young age to be a better horseman and grow in her knowledge. This eventually led them to meeting, getting married, and starting Diamond K. Using their God-given talents and strong horsemanship-based program they place great emphasis on creating well-rounded, well-minded horses that are ready for any challenge. They truly enjoy getting to meet so many wonderful people from all over America and being able to truly get to know their customers and help them find the perfect horse to match them
