Ariat is a brand that is comfortable, built to last and looks nice… just like the boots this Ariat is much the same!

 He is one classy looking guy! Not only does he look cool, he has all of the other boxes checked as well… he is Mr. Personality, as friendly as they come, loves attention and is very calm natured.

From standing patiently for the kids to braid him to getting scrubbed from head to tail in the washbay, Ariat loves every moment with his people. Ariat has been ridden by every member of our family all the way down to our 7 year old. He is the type of horse that will take care of your grandma, the kids or random guests that show up.

Ariat has been ridden down the highways, we have had in town and even though the bank drive-thru and he is traffic safe. He is a nice mover as he has a smooth trot, a VERY VERY nice easy to set lope, a good stop, turns a circle both ways and backs with ease! Ariat is great on trails and he will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey and will go anywhere that he is asked too.

He has been ridden many miles in the mountains and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He has carried the kids up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. He has been ridden around cattle and used a couple of brandings to drag calves.

Ariat also rides English and is talented at going over the jumps. He is steady coming into them, careful when landing and shows great form. In addition to riding, Ariat has been driven down the highways and worked on the farm as well. If you need a horse that can do anything from ranch work to trails, that can go over the rails or just hook up in a cart and go for a Sunday afternoon stroll through town… this is a horse that your family will cherish for years to come!
