Her name says it all; she's "JUST PEACHEY." Peaches is a sweetheart of a horse with an amazing mind and willing, gentle disposition. Not only is she beautiful, with that charming golden color, she has enough age and experience to give you confidence.
This mare's ranch experience has made her a first class trail horse! Her ranch experience includes several years of dragging calves at branding time, trailing cows to summer pasture, dragging calves on a sled in the cold calving season to the barn, sorting in the alley and trailing cows out to summer pasture.
She is super quiet to be around with good ground manners, easy to catch anyplace, with or without grain, and great for the farrier.
This pretty mare stays broke with time off! Whether it has been a week or a year, she saddles up and rides the same as the day you unsaddled her.
Peaches is gentle enough that our young granddaughter rides around with us. She is also our our go-to if a friend needs a quiet horse to ride when they come to the ranch.
She is a finished, money earning, heel horse. Athletic and cowy enough for the competitive roper, she is also quiet enough for a younger kid to ride as a move-up horse. She truly adjusts to the person riding her, no matter the situation.
Peaches has all the cues of a good ranch horse. She moves off your legs, one handed neck reins, and is just super easy to ride. You can even open and close gates on her!
She's an all around mare that is hard to find these days. Peaches is an excellent candidate for an older accomplished horseman that appreciates a broke horse, but is ready for an easy, dependable ride, or the less accomplished rider that wants to learn what a good one feels like and grow their confidence. Take her to the ranch, the arena, or just jump her in the trailer and go for a nice trail ride.
The best part is when your done riding her a person can put her in the broodmare band and raise some really nice babies with her gentle disposition and super pretty color.
